HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you wish to return an item you must contact us to receive an authorisation number.

You can contact us by email, support@nettadirect.com or telephone, 0161 414 0001 to arrange your return.


Will I have to pay to return an item?

Yes, you are responsible for paying for any returned item(s) shipping costs unless the item is at fault.

For unwanted items, the return charges are as follows;

  • £6.00 - for a label to drop off at a Parcelforce Drop & Go and selecting Drop & Go 
  • £10.00 - for home collections 

How long do I have to return an item?

You must return the item(s) within 30 days of the order's dispatch date.


Can I receive a refund for my returned item?

We can only offer a refund if the item is unused and is returned in its original packaging, with the seals and labels still intact.


What if the item is damaged or faulty?

All items have a 12 month warranty included, so if your item is faulty and the fault is not related to misuse, we will repair or replace the damaged item and cover all related courier costs.


How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
